Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Temp. Director Brand Growth & Marketing Strategy to support Corporate Marketing needs on a temporary/part-time basis. This position will be fully remote within the United States.
Duration: April 6, 2026 – August 19, 2026
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day brand and marketing operations during maternity leave coverage.
- Ensure all marketing campaign assets (digital, social, email, etc.) are executed on time and aligned with brand strategy.
- Approve creative assets, content, and marketing collateral in line with the company’s brand identity.
- Review and oversee corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
- Oversee corporate events, including logistics management, planning approvals, and budget oversight.
- Manage merchandise and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Update and manage marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
- Manage boards and project management tools, keeping projects organized and on track.
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and leverage software tools to drive efficiency, organization, and performance tracking.
- Oversee public relations initiatives, including press releases, media relationships, and thought leadership placement.
- Assist with campaign execution in Hub Spot, including advertising, email workflows, lead capture forms, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Establish and review social media campaigns prior to publishing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with business development and leadership on marketing support for initiatives.
- Track marketing campaign performance and provide monthly reports on KPIs and ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
