Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We’re looking for an outgoing, people‑oriented Marketing Liaison to help represent our agency within the local community. This part‑time role focuses on community outreach, event planning, and event execution for our State Farm offices located in Broad Ripple and Carmel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being involved in community events, and creating connections in a fun, social environment. The role pairs especially well with someone working in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or another customer‑facing position, looking for flexible supplemental income.

• Assist with planning and coordinating local community events
• Represent the agency at local events and community activities
• Engage with event attendees and collect prospective customer information
• Support marketing and outreach efforts for the agency
• Help with event setup, organization, and execution
• Track and organize leads generated through events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Positive attitude and professional presence

• Experience in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or customer service
• Event planning or community involvement experience
• Social media experience is a plus
