Easley Winery
· Indianapolis, IN
· Full-Time, On-Site

ABOUT US

Easley Winery is a 52-year-old, third-generation, family-owned winery located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. We cultivate grapes across five farms in four states, bringing them to our Indianapolis facility for crushing, pressing, fermentation, barrel aging, and bottling. In addition to producing wines under five of our own brands, we craft wines for eight partner wineries throughout the Midwest. Our wines are distributed through the traditional three-tier alcohol system, with a primary retail presence in grocery and liquor stores across the Midwest and Great Lakes region.

Our flagship brand, Reggae Wines, is the centerpiece of our marketing efforts and the face of our growth strategy.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Content Creator to lead all facets of Easley Winery's marketing efforts. This is a highly collaborative, creative role that sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our sales, winery, and tasting room teams to bring our brands to life across multiple platforms and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and enforce brand standards across all five wine labels, including wine packaging, social media presence, websites, and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop seasonal marketing calendars and campaigns that resonate with consumers, retail partners, and wine wholesalers.
  • Create and publish original social media content on a weekly basis across Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and Tik Tok — including content promoting winery events and brand initiatives across our seven-state sales territory.
  • Partner with external vendors and creative partners to develop branding concepts, artwork, and packaging materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update all brand assets; keep Easley Winery and Reggae Wines websites current and accurate.
  • Report weekly social media metrics to the management team, highlighting wins, areas for improvement, and emerging opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment and brings a positive, growth-oriented mindset to everything they do. You are curious, culturally attuned, and excited to turn everyday challenges into creative opportunities. Above all, you understand what motivates people to engage with and purchase products, both online and in retail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Canva; equivalent tools considered.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong content creation skills: photography, videography, and writing.
  • Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Indiana Alcohol Server's Permit.

  • Background in consumer or beverage marketing, or proven campaign strategy experience.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Metricool, and/or Cap Cut.
