Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s growth through creative campaigns. You’ll manage content creation, optimize digital strategies, and analyze data to boost customer engagement. Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is essential. A collaborative mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for innovation are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. You will manage campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize digital marketing efforts. Your responsibilities include creating content, analyzing data, and ensuring the messaging aligns with target audiences. You’ll also work with product teams to create promotional materials, enhance customer engagement, and measure the effectiveness of each campaign.

Attention to detail and strategic thinking are essential, along with proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics platforms.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The ideal Marketing Manager will have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management. A creative mindset with a data-driven approach is essential, along with proficiency in content creation and campaign optimization. Experience using analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing software is a plus. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively is key to success in this role.

Essential
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Data analysis and performance tracking (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in campaign management and strategy development
  • Proven ability to increase customer engagement and conversions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Desirable
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Marketing or a related discipline
