Your tasks

• Continuing a targeted social media strategy that is tailored to our target group.
• Maintain and implement a social media calendar that contains goals and targets and secures the content on the Instagram and Tik Tok platforms.
• Creation of text, graphic and video content for the social media channels.
• Operate an active community management and always keep an eye on the opinions and wishes of our community.
• Identification of success factors and improvements through targeted reporting and analyses.
• Tasks in the area of recruiting and communication
• Project tasks from the area of human resources (flexible after assignment)

Your profile

• Current studies or training in the field of marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification.
• A feel for trends and interest in social media.
• Creativity and passion for Instagram and Tik Tok.
• You know the common social media tools and are a professional in shooting, editing, editing Tik Tok / Instagram videos.
• Communicative team player with a lot of initiative.
