Live Luxe Travel Co. is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and help lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand, expands our market reach, and drives client engagement. Reporting to the CEO, you will create and execute campaigns, manage brand and supplier partnerships, and help establish Live Luxe Travel Co. as the go-to agency for luxury travel, building the digital presence and content that connects discerning travelers with the world's most exclusive destinations.

This role calls for a deep understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and the travel or hospitality industry, along with a genuine passion for connecting high-net-worth clients with exceptional experiences. It’s best suited to someone who is equally comfortable building a content calendar, analyzing campaign performance, and nurturing a supplier partnership, often all in the same week.

This Role Will Provide:
  • Marketing Execution – assist with implementing a marketing strategy that grows brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation in alignment with company goals, and plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns targeting ultra-luxury clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Content Creation & Brand Management – oversee brand messaging, visuals, and content that align with Live Luxe Travel Co.'s luxury positioning, curating high-quality content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, video and print.
  • Email Marketing – build and execute high-conversion email campaigns, segment audiences for a personalized client experience, and continually optimize through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Social Media Marketing – manage content and a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In, monitoring trends and analytics to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • SEO & Content Marketing – develop SEO strategies and produce high-quality, search-friendly content to drive organic traffic and maintain search visibility.
  • Paid Advertising – plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, managing budget allocation and reporting on ROI.
  • Client Communications & CRM Management – oversee the CRM to track client interactions and preferences, and develop segmented campaigns that nurture leads and inspire travel.
  • Analytics & Reporting – monitor campaign performance and KPIs, and track market and competitive trends in the luxury travel sector to proactively adjust strategy.
  • Partnership Development – support the COO in securing and coordinating paid marketing partnerships with luxury hotels, cruise lines, and other suppliers, and coordinate co-marketing initiatives with luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – work closely with advisors, the executive team, and operations to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging, high-conversion email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and client lifecycle communications
  • Segment and target audiences to personalize the client experience and improve open and click-through rates
  • Analyze email performance metrics, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
  • Oversee the CRM to track customer interactions, preferences, and journey, optimizing communications to create memorable touchpoints
  • Develop segmented email campaigns that nurture leads and provide travel inspiration
Social Media, SEO & Paid Advertising
