Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Senior Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing efforts from our Lucknow office location. This role involves managing key affiliate relationships, driving campaign success, and mentoring a growing team.

• Develop strategies to scale affiliate programs and onboard high-performing partners.
• Build and manage strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buyers.
• Set up and monitor campaigns to ensure performance, profitability, and compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and tech teams for campaign assets and tracking setup.
• Negotiate payout models, terms, and promotional plans with affiliates.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and technology developments.
• Train and guide junior affiliate executives to ensure team success and growth.

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in affiliate performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Has Offers, Everflow, Trackier).
• Strong relationship‑building and account management skills.
• Experienced in managing and optimizing CPL, CPA, and CPS campaigns.
• Data‑driven approach with a strong understanding of KPIs and optimization techniques.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
