Responsibilities
St. Martin’s Healthcare is a free clinic that provides healthcare for the uninsured & under‑insured of northeast Indiana. St. Martin's Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing & Development Coordinator to help tell our story, grow community support, and strengthen fundraising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone beginning a career in nonprofit marketing, communications, fundraising, or public relations.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the community. Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other social media platforms. Assist with planning and promoting fundraising events and community outreach activities. Help maintain donor records and assist with fundraising campaigns. Update website content and marketing materials.
Take photos and collect stories that highlight the impact of St. Martin's Healthcare. Represent the organization at community events and help build relationships with local businesses, churches, civic groups, and volunteers.

Requirements- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn new software and fundraising tools.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events.

- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- $42,000–$44,000 annually, depending on experience
