What You’ll Do
Influence institutional leaders, faculty and students by sharing authentic student perspectives and helping them maximize the value of Cengage learning tools.
Create engaging photo and video content about higher education‑focused topics for social media campaigns, contributing to channels like @cengagestudent.
Shape the future of Cengage digital learning tools by sharing your feedback through focus groups, surveys, product testing, and team calls.
Drive student success by helping peers get the most out of their Cengage products through back‑to‑school events, informational content, and in‑class support.
Collaborate with fellow Ambassadors and other Cengage employees to develop student‑ and faculty‑facing blog posts, videos, and other impactful content.
Represent the student voice in webinars, events, and panels, sharing insights grounded in your real college experience to influence broader academic conversations.
Passionate about education, motivated to help peers succeed, and an advocate of higher‑ed learning tools.
Social media and camera savvy: you are authentic online and enjoy creating content that informs, connects, and resonates with your audience.
A clear and effective communicator: you express your ideas clearly in person, via email, text, and online.
A confident (or growing!) public speaker: you’re becoming a skilled presenter and enjoy speaking to small and large audiences.
Engaged in your campus community and actively involved with students, faculty, or leadership. Bonus if you have a strong understanding of your institution and are in student government or other campus organizations.
Currently enrolled as a full‑time undergraduate student at a 2‑year or 4‑year college or university in the U.S.
Have used a Cengage Learning Platform in at least one class:
Mind Tap, Web Assign, SAM, OWLv2, and/or Cengage Now. (Nice‑to‑have: experience using Mind Tap Student Assistant, Bongo, College Success, and/or Career Readiness tools.)Active in your college community and on social media.
Available to commit 3‑5 hours per week.
Are a first‑year, sophomore, or junior.
Earn $18 per hour.
