This is a shared support role between Marketing and Sales. Day-to-day priorities will be coordinated primarily through the Marketing Supervisor, with sales-related project work and cross-functional initiatives directed in collaboration with the Sales Director.

Position Summary The Marketing & Sales Coordinator executes and contributes to marketing initiatives — including content creation, design, social media, and performance tracking — while also providing project-based support to the sales organization as needed. This role combines hands-on creative and analytical work with the organization, logistics, and cross-functional coordination needed to keep marketing and sales efforts accurate, consistent, and on schedule.

The position plays a critical role in enabling the Marketing Supervisor and Sales team to operate efficiently and scale initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Content Creation Campaigns & email — execute and help develop marketing and sales campaigns, promotions, and communications, including marketing emails and newsletters

Design & collateral — design and produce marketing materials, sales presentations, and bid documents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Social media — create, schedule, and manage content and engagement across platforms

Photography — capture and edit images for events, products, and headshots as needed

Calendars & documentation — maintain marketing calendars, checklists, and documentation

Analytics & Performance Reporting Performance tracking — website results via Google Analytics, and email and social campaign results via platform analytics

Insights & recommendations — translate performance data into changes that improve future campaigns

Reporting — build and maintain recurring reporting on marketing activity and key metrics

Trade Shows & Events This role owns end-to-end execution of the company’s trade shows, sponsored and industry events, internal meetings, and the annual fall sales training, under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor.

Registration & travel — handle booth registrations, hotel accommodations, and show deadlines

Creative & content — design booth graphics and signage in line with brand standards; produce pre-show promotion and post-show follow-up content

Orders, shipping & returns — enter show orders into the ERP system; prepare and set up the show for sign-off; pack and ship materials; process return authorizations, track returns, and restock all props and materials to their designated storage

Coordination & communications — coordinate with logistics at the Indianapolis and Tennessee facilities and with the sales team on show activities; publish show details to shared calendars and internal channels

Prop inventory — maintain physical prop inventory, condition, and storage; keep prop records current in the ERP system

Promotional, giveaway & collateral inventory — track and manage promotional and giveaway stock, catalog inventory, and collateral materials

Textile Program Maintain the textile program’s records and data, keeping documentation current and accurate. The Sales Director develops the textile program with the sales team and hands off program content to this role for ongoing maintenance.

Program records — maintain textile selection records and keep the website and 3D renderings current

Sample library — order, track, and distribute individual memo samples; maintain the sample binders at the Indianapolis and Tennessee facilities, adding new textiles and removing discontinued ones so Sales, Project Management, Product Development, and Marketing have a current reference

Vendor updates — receive vendor price lists, new textile rollouts, and discontinued-item notices, and route them for review and approval

Pricing distribution — publish approved pricing and program updates to the Tennessee upholstery facility and Cost Accountant Vendor terms and pricing are negotiated and approved by the Sales Director and the Tennessee upholstery facility. This role serves as the communication and…
