Finanshels is a technology-driven Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Audit, and CFO services platform helping businesses streamline their financial operations through expert-led and AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for a Content Manager to drive our content strategy, organic growth, and brand positioning across digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong finance domain knowledge with expertise in SEO, AI-powered content workflows, and content marketing.

• Develop and execute ICP-focused content strategies and content calendars.
• Create and manage long-form SEO content, including blogs, guides, reports, e-books, and press releases.
• Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Frase, Originality.ai, and Humanize AI to manage end-to-end content workflows.
• Repurpose and optimize content using Surfer SEO and similar platforms.
• Publish and manage content through Webflow, Word Press, and other CMS platforms.
• Create social media and marketing copy to support brand growth.
• Plan webinars and events, including decks, talking points, and promotional content.
• Design basic visual assets using Canva, Adobe, or AI-powered design tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of content marketing/content management experience, preferably in fintech, accounting, tax, compliance, or SaaS.
• Functional understanding of Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Audits.
• Proven experience creating high-performing long-form SEO content.
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools and modern content workflows.
• Experience driving measurable SEO/GEO/AEO outcomes.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Webflow and Word Press.
• Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency required;
  Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
