, you’ll own the entire content life cycle, from prompt to publish, for Rival Media’s network of 16 high-traffic blogs. Leveraging generative-AI and on-page SEO tools, you’ll deliver search-optimized posts each week without bottlenecks or hand-offs. Our Growth Content team turns data-backed insights into authoritative articles that rank, convert, and compound over time. By collapsing writing and publishing into one streamlined lane, we scale output while preserving quality and brand voice.

• Generate, refine, and publish long-form blog posts in Word Press (Elementor).
• Craft SEO-optimized outlines and prompts in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Implement Rank Math recommendations (keywords, content score, schema, meta tags, CTAs, internal links).
• Add structured data (How-to, FAQ, Review) and image alt-text to strengthen SERP visibility.
• Monitor performance in Search Console and Surfer Content Planner; prioritize refreshes to maintain topical authority.
• Coordinate with the Designer when bespoke graphics or screenshots are needed.
• Document repeatable workflows to help future teammates ramp faster.
• Stay current on AI copywriting and Word Press SEO trends to continually level up the playbook.

• 2+ years writing or editing web content with proven SEO wins.
• Hands-on Word Press publishing (Elementor blocks, custom post types, basic HTML).
• Proficiency with AI writing tools and prompt engineering for consistent brand tone.
• Working knowledge of Surfer or analogous on-page SEO platform.
• Familiarity with Rank Math (schemas, redirections, content AI) and basic technical SEO.
• Strong self-management: you thrive in async, fast-paced remote teams.

• Experience maintaining multi-property blog portfolios.
• Basic graphic editing (Canva, Figma)
• Understanding of programmatic SEO or content optimization at scale.
• Copywriting or conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) certification.
