Your Role:
Brand Manager, Dairy

Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
Influence cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
Manage the brand's budget and P&L to achieve financial objectives.
Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities.
Oversee the development of marketing communications and promotional materials.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Ag Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Required Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.

Skills:

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Proven ability to understand data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

Experience with in the animal health or dairy industry.
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve complex problems.
