Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.
Aboutthe role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market for Socure's Compliance Suite — the products our customers use to meet KYC, CIP, AML watchlist screening, and regulatory obligations. This is not a content-marketing role. You will own positioning, launch strategy, and competitive differentiation for a technical product sold to compliance, fraud, and risk leaders at banks, fintechs, and government agencies — and you will partner with product and finance on how the suite is priced and packaged.
The right candidate combines two things most PMMs have only one of: the technical fluency to understand how an API-based, ML-driven compliance platform actually works, and the commercial instincts to translate that into pricing input, packaging recommendations, and sales plays that win deals.
Location requirementsWe are currently only able to hire candidates located in one of our location hubs:
New York City, NY;
Washington, DC;
Seattle, WA;
Miami, FL;
San Francisco, CA.
Positioning and messaging
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the Compliance Suite, grounded in how the products technically work — data sources, matching logic, ML models, and API workflows — not just what they do.
- Differentiate Socure against named competitors with claims that survive scrutiny from a compliance officer or a solutions engineer.
Go-to-market and launch ownership
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases: launch tiering, cross-functional coordination, enablement, and post-launch measurement.
- Define launch success metrics up front (pipeline, adoption, win rate) and report against them.
Pricing and packaging
- Partner with product management and finance on pricing and packaging for the Compliance Suite: build the market and competitive inputs, model packaging options, and recommend structures that maximize adoption and revenue.
- Analyze win/loss and deal data to identify business opportunities and gaps
Market and competitive intelligence
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research across the KYC/AML and Reg Tech landscape to inform strategy, content, and roadmap input.
- Maintain battle cards and competitive positioning that sales actually uses.
Sales enablement
- Create enablement materials — presentations, datasheets, solution guides, FAQs, ROI/business-case tools — tailored to compliance buyers and the sales motions that reach them.
- Train sales and customer success to articulate both the technical and business value of the suite.
Customer and content
- Develop customer-facing content — case studies, blog posts, product collateral — that quantifies compliance product impact.
- Gather feedback from customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to inform product and marketing decisions.
Leverage AI
- Scale the quality and production of assets using AI tools for research, analysis, and content generation.
- 7+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions consulting for a technical B2B product.
- Demonstrated business ownership: you have shaped pricing or packaging decisions, built business cases, or owned revenue-connected GTM metrics (pipeline, win rate, adoption). Be prepared to walk through a specific example.
- Technical fluency: you can read API documentation, understand how ML models are applied to decision making, and hold your own in a conversation with a solutions engineer or a customer's technical team.
- Launch ownership: you have led go-to-market for at least…
