Salary: $105k - $120k USD, depending on experience
What You'll Do- Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for manufacturing and print/logistics solutions.
- Partner with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused solutions, sales tools, and product enhancements.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities that drive product strategy.
- Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and profitability to recommend improvements and maximize business results.
- Create sales enablement materials, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and competitive positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of product or commercial marketing experience.
- Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, customer research, and relationship-building skills, with experience supporting digital tools or customer workflow platforms preferred.
