PR Events Assistant – Entry Level

Elite Exposure is hiring a PR Events Assistant in Indianapolis. This role is built for sharp, competitive, sports-minded individuals who want to apply real communication and public relations skills in a fast-paced, face-to-face live events environment — not behind a screen.

You played sports. You know what it takes to show up prepared, outwork the competition, and perform under pressure. We want that same energy at our events every single day.

• Represent Elite Exposure and our charity partners at live pop-up events and community activations throughout Indianapolis
• Develop and deliver consistent, on-brand public relations messaging directly to consumers face-to-face
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners at every event
• Support pre- and post-event communications to maximize community engagement and campaign awareness
• Track event performance metrics, public response, and campaign results and report findings to leadership
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve event outcomes
• Grow into a senior PR or leadership role based on your performance and results

• Degree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — preferred not required
• A competitive, sports-minded mindset — you show up prepared, perform under pressure, and hate losing
• Exceptional verbal communication skills — you adapt your message to any audience with confidence
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results — both individual and team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live events throughout Indianapolis
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across Indianapolis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• $800–$1,200 per week based on performance, paid every week
• Performance bonuses on top of weekly earnings
• Full paid training from day one

Weekly earnings range from $800 to $1,200 based on performance and experience. Individual results may vary.

• Fully in-person at live events and community activations throughout Indianapolis, IN
• No remote or hybrid options
