The Position:
We are looking for an Maketing Lead Coordinator to join our growing team!
Hourly rate is $17.00 - $18.00
SUMMARYThe Marketing Lead Coordinator reports to the Campaign Manager and is the key person capturing all incoming marketing leads. He/she will field incoming marketing calls and will ensure every patient is contacted within 24 hours. The position will be responsible for entering leads into our CRM with the appropriate contact information and campaign attribution before passing to our Sales Specialist to distribute to the sales team.
He/she will also be responsible for evaluating active marketing orders and ensuring they are progressing in a timely fashion through the sales team, as well as follow up with interested customers who have left voicemails.
- Answer all phone calls from patients reaching out from a marketing campaign
- Call all patients within 24 hours of the receipt of a lead via web forms, fax referrals, emails, voicemails, or direct calls
- Maintain and clear out marketing inbound lead inbox following our defined process
- Initial screening and data entry of the lead into our CRM
- Perform follow up on all marketing orders that are inactive in the system
- Provide website chat support
- High School Diploma
