Job Description & How to Apply Below

Do you love sports? Do you notice what teams are wearing? Do you get excited about great uniforms, branding, creative ideas, and seeing a concept come to life?

Team Image is looking for a Team Uniforms Marketing Manager to help lead and improve our team-uniform business from opportunity through client delivery.

This role combines sports, marketing, creativity, AI, sales support, product learning, and detailed follow-through.

This is not a traditional graphic-design position.

This is not a uniform-product-specialist position.

And this is not simply an order-processing position.

You do not need to already know fabrics, every uniform vendor, every production method, or every design program.

We can teach the uniform business.

What we need is someone who understands and loves sports, wants to grow as a marketer, has a creative eye, embraces AI and technology, works hard, and can stay organized enough to move projects from idea through delivery.

The Job in Four Parts

1. Market It. – Team Uniform Marketing

Make Team Image’s team-uniform offering easier for Brand Reps to market and more exciting for clients to buy.

  • Build simple, effective marketing tools Brand Reps can use to sell team uniforms.
  • Create sport-specific product guides, presentations, visual references, and client-facing resources.
  • Identify new uniform trends, products, styles, and ideas that help Team Image stand out.
  • Simplify vendor offerings into clear, easy-to-market Team Image recommendations.
  • Keep team-uniform marketing resources current, professional, useful, and easy to use.

Outcome: Brand Reps have the ideas and tools they need to confidently market team uniforms, while clients see fresh options that make them excited to work with Team Image.

2. Design It. – Team Uniform Design & Creative Tools

Help create great-looking uniform concepts while building tools that make our entire sales team better at developing ideas.

You do not need to be a longtime professional graphic designer.

We are more interested in someone with a creative eye who understands sports and is excited to use AI and modern creative tools.

  • Create fresh, professional uniform concepts and mockups.
  • Build AI prompts, templates, workflows, and tools that help Brand Reps create concepts faster.
  • Develop reusable sport-specific design templates, idea libraries, and presentation formats.
  • Train and support Brand Reps in using AI tools, vendor builders, templates, and creative resources.
  • Continuously improve the speed, creativity, and scalability of Team Image’s uniform-design process.

Outcome: Clients see exciting uniform concepts while Brand Reps become increasingly capable of creating and presenting ideas themselves.

Success is not just how many designs this person personally creates.

Success means making the entire Team Image sales team better at developing and presenting uniform ideas.

3. Select + Price It. – Product & Pricing

Learn how to match the right uniform solution with the right client.

You do not need to already know fabrics, construction methods, or every uniform vendor. Those things can be learned.

  • Know which vendors and products are best for each sport, client situation, price point, and timeline.
  • Maintain accurate pricing resources and recommended product options.
  • Help Brand Reps select the right vendor, product, and uniform solution.
  • Learn vendor capabilities, limitations, processes, lead times, pricing, and ordering requirements.
  • Continually evaluate and improve Team Image’s vendor relationships, preferred products, and uniform solutions.

Outcome: Brand Reps have a trusted resource who can help determine the right product and vendor for the sport, client, budget, and situation.

4. Order. Track. Deliver It. – Order & Delivery Management

Once a client says yes, make sure the details get handled and the project gets across the finish line.

This requires basic project-management discipline—not necessarily formal project-management training.

We need someone who tracks details, follows up, communicates, and makes sure important things get done.

  • Make sure approved uniform orders are complete, accurate, priced correctly, and ready to submit.
  • Enter and submit orders correctly into Team Image’s systems…
