Indiana Sports Corp provides internship opportunities that immerse students in a professional working environment while introducing them to the not-for-profit industry. Internships are available based on business needs and can include event and volunteer operations; communications; marketing; graphic design; community engagement; sports tourism; business development; and finance. ISC’s fast paced and entrepreneurial working environment offers each intern a rich experience within his/her chosen area;
however, interns are exposed to all functional areas of the company to reinforce the important role collaboration plays in a successful company.
This internship role will be focused on all areas of graphic design including print, digital, and social media. The intern will gain knowledge and experience through working with the design team to create assets for our upcoming spring events including Big Ten Men’s Basketball Tournament, DIII Swimming and Diving, and our internal events such as the She Creates Sports Summit and Indiana Sports Corp Charity Golf Tournament.
Key Responsibilities- Create visual graphics for many different mediums (print, digital, social media, stadium boards)
- Contribute with on-site signage surveys and installs for multiple events
- Help grow our brand presence on social media, creating content, and assisting the Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Assist in organizing the photo library and pulling photo selects for marketing needs
- Learn technical skills of design including file setup and print production
- Learn how to communicate with print vendors to meet desired outcomes and timelines
- Knowledge and basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, Linked In)
- Please provide a portfolio or links to your work
- Must be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Term: January 17th, 2027 - May 7th, 2027
- Schedule: 3-5 days per week (approximately 20-40 hours/week)
- Stipend: $2000
- Location: On-site - Indianapolis, Indiana. Relocation or housing is not available
