The Marketing Operations Manager leads the execution, deployment, and operational management of marketing initiatives across channels and platforms. This role owns day-to-day campaign implementation, including email builds, workflow setup, content scheduling, production coordination, reporting preparation, vendor coordination, and execution logistics for campaigns, outreach, events, recruiting initiatives, and local marketing efforts. This position partners closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, and external resources to ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched on time, and maintained effectively across systems and channels.

Campaign Execution & Workflow Management- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across assigned channels by translating campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Manage campaign setup, task coordination, launch readiness, and follow-through to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy marketing emails, automated workflows, lists, forms, and nurture campaigns within marketing platforms.
- Support segmentation execution, QA processes, send readiness, and troubleshooting to ensure effective delivery and platform accuracy.
- Draft and adapt marketing content for channel execution, including emails, social copy, landing page updates, event communications, outreach messages, and workflow content.
- Partner with content contributors and freelance creative resources to move assets from concept to completion and deployment. Execute graphic design needs as needed and as work volume allows.
- Own the day-to-day maintenance of the marketing content calendar by updating deadlines, deliverables, launch dates, channel schedules, and production status.
- Ensure campaign details remain organized, current, and visible for team coordination and execution.
- Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and execution across platforms in alignment with campaign plans and brand standards.
- Coordinate copy, creative assets, approvals, and posting timelines to support consistent channel activity.
- Execute the operational needs for events, trade shows, community outreach, recruiting initiatives, and local activations, including communication sends, follow-up tracking, material ordering, shipping coordination, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all logistical components are completed to support successful campaign and event execution.
- Own campaign reporting preparation by pulling data, maintaining tracking processes, organizing dashboards, and validating performance inputs across platforms.
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and usable for strategic review and optimization.
- Coordinate with freelance designers, vendors, and internal contributors to keep projects moving through production.
- Perform quality assurance checks on emails, workflows, links, assets, scheduling, and campaign setups while maintaining strong operational standards across marketing systems.

Required Skills- Minimum of three years of marketing experience
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and digital platforms
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and project management skills
- Experience building emails, workflows, lists, and reporting within marketing technology platforms
- High attention to detail with strong quality assurance and deadline management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and execution timelines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Healthcare, multi-location, franchise, or service-based marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, social scheduling tools, and campaign reporting dashboards preferred
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers, or creative production workflows preferred
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
