Full-Time | 1 Position Available
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts for the Trident Inn & Suites brand, developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase occupancy, and grow revenue across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all hotel properties
- Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee website content, online reputation management, and OTA listings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and media
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics
- Experience with hotel OTA platforms (Expedia, , etc.) is a plus
