Job Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator supports Nordica’s U.S. trade, athlete, community and event programs day to day, strengthening nearly every corner of the marketing team’s work. Reporting to the Trade & Community Manager, with additional direction from the Digital Marketing Manager on select digital projects, this is where the team’s plans become reality.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-driven self-starter who is hungry for broad marketing exposure. You’ll support ambassador and Pro Community programs, coordinate trade events and trade shows, manage digital assets and our B2B showroom, and help keep the team’s budget and calendar on track: a strong launching pad into a specialist marketing career.

Job Description and Outline of Duties: GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: COMMUNITY & AMBASSADOR SUPPORT
  • Manage product servicing for contracted freeski athletes and ambassadors, including Pro Community (PSIA, NSP and factory team) program coordination: onboarding, gear and product requests, and content collection to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Manage the Pro Community application and approval process via Formstack.
  • Provide logistics and scheduling support for the freeski sourcing workstream directed by the Trade & Community Manager.
  • Support consumer demo days and community activations alongside the Trade & Community Manager.
TRADE & EVENT SUPPORT
  • Support sales meetings, trade shows and trade-facing brand events, including booth setup, attendee engagement and breakdown.
  • Prepare trade assets, track deliverables and maintain an organized system for event collateral.
  • Coordinate ordering, branding and distribution of company swag and promotional accessories.
DIGITAL & MARKETPLACE SUPPORT (DIRECTED BY THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER)
  • Build and manage the NuOrder B2B showroom: catalog buildout, digital assets and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support the management of the marketing portal digital asset bank: intake, tagging, organization and distribution of product photos, action imagery and video.
  • Support CRM lead generation, collecting consumer and prospect information in the field at events, trade shows and activations for the Digital Marketing Manager’s CRM program.
PRODUCT SUPPORT & MARKETING OPERATIONS
  • Coordinate magazine test submissions end to end (entry logistics, sample allocation, deadlines, editor communication and results tracking) in joint effort with Product Management.
  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders and maintain accurate budget records.
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar (owned by the Digital Marketing Manager) across campaign, trade, event and athlete activity.
  • Provide on-site support at sales meetings, trade shows and key events.
COLLABORATION

Collaborate with colleagues across the North American organization to keep other departments informed and share best practices.

Experience/

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar industry. 1–3 years of marketing, events or community engagement experience; internal candidates with strong operational track records and demonstrated interest in marketing will be considered. Strong understanding of the alpine skiing community and knowledge of retail sales and operations.

Computer

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and MS Office. Practical knowledge of e-commerce or B2B digital platforms; familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Physically demanding at times: may require lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and extended time outdoors uires regular travel, including multi-day sales meetings and trade shows. May require some lifting (up to 50 lbs. routinely, 75–100 lbs. occasionally).
