The Entry Level Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position in Indianapolis, IN. Team members support marketing campaigns through customer outreach, event promotions, brand representation, market research, and sales support. The position provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth into more advanced marketing and sales roles.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in marketing, sales, business, or customer engagement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work full-time and on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
