Marketing Communications Associate

Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | In-Person

CBI Midwest is looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to join our Indianapolis team and support the delivery of client campaigns through direct, face-to-face customer engagement.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop practical experience across marketing, communications, sales, and client representation. You'll work at retail and event locations throughout the Indianapolis area, helping introduce campaigns to customers, communicate key information, answer questions, and generate new customer interest.

Training is provided, so we're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds who bring strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

• Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Speak directly with customers and introduce products, services, and campaign offers
• Communicate key information clearly and confidently
• Answer questions and identify customer needs and interest
• Contribute to customer acquisition and sales
• Work with the team to achieve campaign goals
• Build practical experience in marketing, communication, sales, and customer engagement

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, communications, or other people‑facing work can be useful, but isn't essential. We're interested in people who have the potential to learn and perform well in a customer‑facing environment.

• Weekly base pay plus additional performance‑related earnings

This is a full‑time, in‑person position in Indianapolis
