Junior Communications Assistant

, our team works directly with customers on live client campaigns throughout Indianapolis. We’re looking for a Junior Communications Assistant who wants to build practical experience by getting involved firsthand — communicating with different audiences, representing client campaigns, and learning what drives engagement in real-world environments.

This is a full-time, on-site position built around face-to-face interaction. You’ll receive training from the start and work alongside an experienced team as you build confidence and take on greater responsibility.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Representing client campaigns at partnered locations across Indianapolis
• Starting conversations and engaging with customers face-to-face
• Communicating campaign information clearly and confidently
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales activity
• Adapting your communication approach to different audiences
• Working toward individual and team campaign goals
• Taking feedback and applying it as you develop

You don’t need an extensive communications background to be considered. We’re looking for someone who is confident with people, reliable, motivated to learn, and comfortable working in an active team environment.

Experience in areas such as customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or other people-facing roles can be useful, but what matters most is your ability to communicate well, learn quickly, and bring a professional approach to the team.

The starting point is learning how our campaigns operate and becoming confident in customer engagement and client representation.

As you develop, there is scope to take on more responsibility across campaign delivery, training, team development, and leadership. Progression is based on performance, consistency, and your ability to take on new challenges.
