We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong pulse on social trends, enjoys creating and organizing content, and is comfortable digging into performance data to see what’s working. You’ll help bring campaigns to life and keep content consistent and on schedule.

This position can start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

• Draft engaging copy for social media posts across platforms
• Schedule and manage content across social channels
• Research and identify trending audio, formats, and content ideas to bring to the marketing team
• Assist with editing short-form video for use on website and social media
• Track social media performance and compile regular reporting
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner

• Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Pull campaign performance metrics and compile reports to inform future strategy

• Identify and reach out to influencers and content creators for potential collaborations
• Manage gifting and product seeding logistics
• Track outreach, responses, and relationship status
• Coordinate content deliverables and posting timelines with partnered creators

• 1 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related marketing role (internship experience considered)
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Strong writing skills with an eye for brand voice and tone
• Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and translating it into actionable insights
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who stays current on social media trends and platform changes

• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience in Jewelry and E-commerce
• Photography or product-styling experience

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
