CBI is expanding in Indianapolis and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Marketing & Events Representatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, thrive in energetic environments, and want hands‑on experience in marketing, events, customer engagement, and business development.

You’ll represent nationally recognized organizations at live events, community campaigns, promotional activations, and fundraising initiatives throughout the Indianapolis area.

No previous marketing experience is required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

• Represent nationally recognized brands and organizations at live events
• Engage directly with customers and members of the community
• Assist with pop‑up events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach
• Support charitable fundraising and awareness campaigns
• Educate customers about brand initiatives, services, and programs
• Work alongside a motivated and supportive team
• Develop skills in communication, marketing, sales, event execution, and leadership
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
