Production Designer

Role overview

This Production Designer role focuses on scaling creative output across web, brand, and marketing for a developer-focused software product. The designer joins an internal creative agency and contributes to landing pages, ad campaigns, sales decks, and launch materials that extend a polished visual language across surfaces. It is remote-first and open to candidates in North American or European time zones.

• Design landing pages, ad campaigns, sales decks, and launch materials in close partnership with marketing
• Extend and scale the product's visual language across new campaigns and creative surfaces
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive marketing experiences across web, social, and brand
• Translate product and brand narratives into clear, high-quality visual stories
• Maintain a high bar for craft and consistency across many concurrent projects

• Around two or more years designing for web, marketing, or brand contexts
• Excellent visual taste with a strong portfolio of polished, shipped work
• Broad design skills spanning layouts, interactions, and prototypes
• Ability to pick up unfamiliar problems and ship quality solutions quickly
• Comfort collaborating with developers and copywriters across disciplines

• Experience designing for developer tools, technical products, or B2B software
• Familiarity with motion, interaction, or prototyping tools beyond static design
• Interest in how AI is changing design and creative workflows
