The Senior Social Media Analyst role is part of our Commerce Product Marketing team, made up of people who run events, content, web and product marketing to share the Salesforce story for Agentforce Commerce. This is a hands‑on Individual Contributor role supporting global social strategy and our employee advocacy program. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

• Use Figma to design social media posts and perform basic video editing so content looks professional and engaging
• Support planning, writing, and publishing daily content across Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube using Sprout Social
• Support organic posts and help manage a small assigned budget to boost posts needing extra reach
• Help grow our employee advocacy program, empowering Salesforce employees and thought leaders to share our message
• Work onsite at events to record and edit videos, interview customers, and find creative ways to engage the community
• Support our major commerce program during Cyber Week, including holiday‑season social media work
• Track data and community insights to measure post performance, using a test-and-learn approach to improve results

• You have 3-5 years of experience supporting or executing social marketing programs that drive real business results
• You thrive as an Individual Contributor who is comfortable using Figma and Sprout Social daily
• You are a strong storyteller with excellent written communication skills and fresh, innovative ideas for a global audience
• You communicate effectively with teammates and build strong relationships across the company
• You are organized and fast‑paced, able to multi‑task without losing attention to detail

• You have experience supporting employee advocacy or thought leadership programs at scale
• You have experience working with external creative and media agencies
• You have an understanding of the technology or commerce industry landscape
