Marketing Coordinator

We are ready to welcome a Marketing Coordinator in Indianapolis for an immediate start. You will join an on-site team and turn briefs into finished work across content, digital campaigns, events, and everyday brand activity. Indianapolis is a large, growing metro with a practical business rhythm and active healthcare, technology, sports, nonprofit, and professional-services communities—an ideal place to build range early in a marketing career.

• Translate campaign briefs into task lists, owners, dates, and approval checkpoints.
• Draft social captions, short emails, event copy, and simple website updates for review.
• Organize approved creative files so the correct version is ready when a channel goes live.
• Coordinate meeting notes, supplier details, event materials, and follow-up actions.
• Check links, spelling, formatting, brand details, and permissions before release.
• Pull basic campaign results and highlight useful patterns for the next piece of work.

First, learn the campaign calendar and the team’s tools. Next, take ownership of routine updates and smaller deliverables. As your judgment grows, you will coordinate more complex launches and present concise performance notes. You will receive feedback on writing, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and campaign measurement—not just a list of errands.

Coursework, an internship, student organization, volunteer project, customer-facing role, or personal portfolio can all count when you can explain what you produced and how you met a deadline. Clear writing, careful organization, and confidence learning tools matter more than having every platform already mastered.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Indianapolis, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule supports morning planning, daytime collaboration, and predictable evenings.
