Responsibilities:
- Identify and vet influencers/creators across Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging platforms based on audience fit, engagement quality, and brand alignment (not just follower count)
- Draft and send outreach, negotiate basic terms, and keep communication warm through the collaboration lifecycle
- Build and maintain a living creator database rates, niches, past performance, contact history
- Support campaign briefs, content calendars, and deliverable tracking so nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate approvals between creators, legal/finance, and the marketing team
- Assist gifting, affiliate, and UGC programmes from kickoff to wrap
- Track live campaigns and pull together performance reports (reach, engagement, CPM/CPE, conversions)
- Flag what's over/underperforming and help translate numbers into next-campaign recommendations
- Monitor competitor collaborations and emerging creators/trends worth acting on
- Support contract paperwork and payment tracking alongside finance/ops
- Keep documentation clean enough that someone else could pick up your work tomorrow
