Location: Indianapolis
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write crisp, professional B2B social copy, design carousels/infographics (using Canva/Figma), and maintain an active weekly posting cadence.
- Ad Operations & Monitoring: Assist in setting up, A/B testing, and monitoring daily performance of lead generation ad sets across Linked In and Meta.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant business communities, Linked In groups, and discussion threads; prompt responses to DMs and inbound inquiries.
- Audience Outreach: Execute proactive outreach strategies to connect with founders, remote teams, corporate branch managers, and chartered accountants.
- Reporting: Compile weekly metrics on impressions, engagement rate, click-throughs (CTR), and incoming leads.
Role & responsibilities
- Experience: 13 years in social media marketing or digital content execution with a B2B or agency background.
- Skills: Proficiency in Canva/basic design tools, copywriting, Linked In engagement tactics, and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
