Executive Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis

The Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis, the community’s longest established (86 years young!) volunteer community orchestra is seeking an Executive Director. This position is the key management position for the Orchestra and its choral arm, the Symphonic Praise Choir.

The ED has operational responsibility for the administration of programs and implementation of the strategic plan of the organization. The POI is looking for an energetic candidate who has experience with management of arts organizations in a nonprofit setting, including community and financial development and management of volunteers.
