HEALTHNET INC in Indianapolis is seeking a Community Outreach Professional Lead (COPL) to provide frontline neighborhood support for people experiencing homelessness. The COPL will work closely with the Youth Outreach Lead and community partners to coordinate outreach times and ensure seamless access to services and support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree with experience working with vulnerable populations and strong communication skills, and will be responsible for accurate data entry and documentation as well as engaging clients at community events.
