Assistant Director Of Holy Cross Justice Collaborative
Sisters of the Holy Cross, Inc. is seeking a full-time exempt Assistant Director of Holy Cross Justice Collaborative. This onsite position is in Notre Dame, Indiana and will require some domestic and international travel.
The Assistant Director of the Holy Cross Justice Collaborative advances the mission of justice, peace, and the integrity of creation by partnering with the Director to develop, implement, and strengthen programs, communications, and collaborative initiatives that serve both the Sisters of the Holy Cross Justice Office and the Holy Cross Justice Collaborative. Working closely with the Director, the Assistant Director translates strategic priorities into meaningful action through program leadership, resource development, relationship building, and operational support.
The Assistant Director fosters collaboration across the global Family of Holy Cross and helps ensure that justice initiatives are mission-driven, effectively implemented, and responsive to emerging needs.

- Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in theology, ministry, nonprofit leadership, education, social sciences, international development, communications, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit leadership, ministry, education, justice work, communications, or project management. Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Experience developing educational resources, communications, or formation programs preferred. Experience working in multicultural or international settings is desirable. - Knowledge &
Skills:
Commitment to Catholic Social Teaching and the mission and values of the Congregations of Holy Cross. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse communities and cultures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, virtual meeting platforms, and the ability to learn new technologies.
Excellent judgment, discretion, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
