Missions:
Under the responsibility and in collaboration with the Head of Service (M/F), your main missions will be the following:
- Develop, implement and animate activities adapted to people with disabilities
- Ensure, in collaboration with the team, educational support, the elaboration, implementation and evaluation of personalized projects of the people welcomed.
- Be an actor of the team life in a context of shared responsibility
- Respect and apply safety instructions
- Contribute to the reflection and team life
A ME diploma at minimum is required as well as significant experience with adults with mental disabilities.
Driving license B required.
Qualities of listening, animation, audacity, creativity, openness are expected, but also versatile skills necessary for the good running of the workshop. They will be at the service of a governance guided by principles of participation, subsidiarity and partnership.
You have relational and accompaniment qualities, you have a taste for the animation of group workshops.
You have the ability to work in a team.
Organizational skills, rigor in the missions to be accomplished and a good personal balance are also expected.
