Kids Pastor Position

Chapel Rock Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a passionate and relational Kids Pastor to join our ministry team. With a mission to see “the whole community whole in Christ,” we’re seeking
a leader who loves children, equips volunteers, supports parents, and fosters a dynamic environment where children can know, love, and follow Jesus.

Chapel Rock is a vibrant and diverse congregation with an average weekly engagement of around 800 people, including two live worship services and an online viewing option. The Kids Pastor will be part of
a dedicated staff team of 16, lead a strong volunteer team, serve under the Executive Pastor, and collaborate with fellow pastors and elders.

As a vital voice in our family ministries team, the Kids Pastor will have the support of a committed church family and a clear framework for success. We are excited to see how God might use you to advance His mission through the children of Chapel Rock.
