Responsibilities:
Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by utilizing their experience and advanced nursing skills to provide top-notch medical attention and foster a nurturing environment.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health, especially those with highly acute needs
- Promote residents' independence and dignity in a supportive atmosphere
- Provide guidance and training to staff to maintain high-quality care standards

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Passion for geriatric nursing and dedication to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
