The ideal candidate should bring 2 to 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within Family Medicine clinics. Interpersonal

Be open to flexibility and versatility in accepting various practice assignments, adapting easily to different staff dynamics. Team Player:

Primary Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Perform evaluations, examinations, and problem identification of patients, catering to a broad age range. Diagnostic Procedures:
Administer or order and interpret lab and other diagnostic tests, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Preventative Care:
Focus on primary health care with an emphasis on preventative care, conducting routine physicals. Prescriptive Authority:
Prescribe appropriate therapeutic interventions or medications with physician approval. Minor Surgeries:
Assist in minor surgeries as required, contributing to a well-rounded healthcare approach. Patient
Education:
Instruct/counsel patients or parents on prescribed medications and health maintenance. Electronic Records:
Efficiently obtain, compile, and record patient medical data electronically (Cerner), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Referral Coordination:
