Our practice currently includes four physicians and one nurse practitioner, supported by dedicated medical assistants (MA). The team is focused on providing top-quality care, achieving high-quality metrics, and working collaboratively with surrounding resources to meet the growing demand for primary care services. Monday & Thursday: 8:00 a.m. ??? 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m. Flexible Full-Time
Schedule:
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekend or holiday shifts required. Patient Volume:
Manage an average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, allowing for personalized and attentive care. No Call Responsibility:
Focus entirely on providing exceptional care during clinic hours without the burden of on-call duties. Dedicated MA Support:
Benefit from skilled medical assistant support, enhancing your efficiency and patient care. Telehealth Services:
Offer patients the convenience of telehealth appointments, expanding access to care. Mentorship Opportunities:

Qualifications:
Master's Degree:
Required Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification:
Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification:
