Position Type:
Full-time, hospital-employed ACNP position in a Nocturnist role. Patient-Centered Care:
Join a patient-centered and empathetic Hospitalist team focused on providing comprehensive care during night shifts. Team Composition:
Collaborate with 19 physicians and 4 APPs, supported by dedicated staff including RNs, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, and Office Staff.

Work Schedule:

Follow a 7 nights on, 14 nights off schedule, providing a structured work-life balance. Patient Management:
Oversee hospital census and admit approximately 10-12 patients per shift, contributing to a dynamic and varied workload. Trauma Center:
Work in a Level 3 Trauma Center, providing exposure to diverse and critical cases. Stroke Center:
Contribute to the care of patients in a Primary Stroke Center. Bed Capacity:
Be part of a 231-bed regional referral hospital, serving a broad community. ICU Structure:
Practice in an opened ICU, enhancing collaboration and multidisciplinary care. Smart Room Technology:
Utilize brand new Smart Rooms compatible with EPIC, contributing to the facility's recognition in the Most Wired awards in 2022. Educational Environment:
Engage with Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on-site, fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere. Modern

Education:

Graduating from a qualified ACNP program.

Experience:

Open to practicing ACNPs and newly trained professionals. Licensure:
