The role:
a full‑time nurse practitioner in North Central Indiana, visiting ~20 patients daily across 1‑2 facilities, conducting exams, reviewing labs, managing medications and nutrition, and training staff. The position emphasizes consultative, non‑procedural care with flexible scheduling and a focus on quality of life.
Requirements include Indiana APRN license, DEA license, and reliable transportation within ~1 hour radius.
Compensation ranges from $135K–$185K annually, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development. Preferred experience in nephrology, geriatric, or SNF settings is ideal.
