Location: Indianapolis
LPN for Quality Improvement in IDD Agency POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Current license to practice as LPN in state of Indiana.
- Current CPR. Prefer one year minimum of clinical experience;
- prefer past experience in home care.
- Ability to work as team member.
DESCRIPTION:
Provides skilled nursing care in patient's place of residence and facilitates coordination under direction of RN and/or Physician.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:- Ability to: squat, bend, kneel, twist;
- push/pull 50 lbs.; lift/carry 25 lbs.;
- wear respirator for patient care.
- Visual and hearing sufficient to provide patient care.
- Ability to drive car and/or arrange own transportation
