Job Overview

Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' needs and care.

• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000

  Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours per week, Day shift (no weekends)

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Manage a caseload of patients with a wide range of health conditions.
• Provide patient education, treatment, and emotional support for recovery and chronic disease management.
• Anticipate and respond to changes in patients' clinical status.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain concise and accurate documentation of medication changes and plan of care.

• Experience:
  
  Prefer one year experience in a related field.
• Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Licensure:
  Current LPN license in the state of Missouri. Must be a licensed driver.
• Certification: BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.

• Full Time (40 hrs. per week) Day Shift (No weekends)
• Gas Mileage Offered – $0.70/mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate)
