Med‑Surg nurses provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and attend to those being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness.

Duties include:

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Med/Surg setting.
