• Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift
• Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law)
• Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team
• Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff
• Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation

• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and leading a team during overnight hours
