A well-established acute care hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana is hiring Registered Nurses for multiple inpatient units. Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role

• 12-hour shifts

• Multiple inpatient units available based on experience and interest

• Acute care hospital setting

• Collaborative interdisciplinary care teams

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 7:00a–7:30p
• Night Shift: 7:00p–7:30a

• Weekend and holiday rotations may apply depending on unit

Available Units

Med/Surg – Renal / Medical Max Care

• Dialysis and fluid overload patients

• Telemetry as ordered

• Some BiPAP and step-down level patients

Ortho / Neuro / Uro

• Total joints, fractures, and spine procedures

• Urology and post-operative surgical patients

• Team-focused surgical recovery environment

Surgical Oncology

• Post-operative general surgery patients

• Oncology-focused medical-surgical care

• Higher-acuity patient population

Compensation & Incentives

• Up to $45/hr based on experience
• $5 shift differential available for nights and weekends

• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments and medication administration

• Monitor patient conditions and document care in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

• Maintain patient safety standards and infection prevention protocols

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

• Acute care RN experience preferred

• New graduates may be considered for select units with structured orientation
