• Creativity:
  Create engaging, age‑appropriate activities that suit different physical and cognitive abilities.
• Supportive Presence:
  Truly connect with residents, understanding their emotional and social needs.
• Teamwork:
  Work toward a common goal of excellent care for residents, cooperating closely with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Time Management:
  Balance daily schedules, multiple residents, and activity preparation.

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff:
  Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State‑approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State; training can also be provided by the community.
