As a key leader on our clinical team, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to inspire our staff and ensure our residents receive the "gold standard" of care. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Leading & Mentoring: Overseeing, hiring, and training a top‑tier nursing team.
• Clinical Excellence: Implementing innovative policies and ensuring 100% compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Credentials: A current RN license in good standing (BSN preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in nursing, with a strong background in management and leadership roles.
