Position OverviewThe Director of Nursing will lead our nursing team at Allison Pointe Healthcare Center, supervising nurses as a nurse manager and overseeing day‑to‑day clinical operations.
ResponsibilitiesThe position of RN Director of Nursing Services will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements- Current RN license
- 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a long‑term care environment
- Prior DON experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care administration
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
- Must maintain CPR certification
